These penalties result from the contractual relationship with Fletstock RENT s.r.o. and are exempt from VAT by law

*Documents are usually provided electronically through the data mailbox of the relevant office, and the client is then given a delivery receipt as confirmation of sending. Paper copies are only available in exceptional and justified cases for a fee according to the current price list.
**The lessor reserves the right to hold part of the security deposit in total of 5,000 CZK until the client provides a proof of permanent address/company registration cancelation from the address of the sublease. If the client fails to provide such a proof within 30 days of contract termination, the held amount automatically forfeits in the favour of the lessor.
***If the client makes any payment, such as an extra payment on the deposit or an outstanding balance on energy advances, in 4 or more installments, a contractual penalty of 1,000 CZK will be charged for providing a payment schedule.
****If the client without reason fails to provide access to the apartment to the company or its representative (e.g. inspection, maintenance, viewing), a contractual fine of CZK 1,000 will be applied.
In addition to the above stated price list the company reserves the right to charge expenses to the client billed by third parties and institutions for providing requested service, including postal charges based on the pricelist of Česká pošta (Czech post).
