*In case the client requests above unspecified documents a fee for providing those documents applies, the price of the fee will be specified by the representative of the company considering the nature of the request, the fee ranges between 500 CZK and 1,000 CZK.
**According to the sublease agreement the client is responsible for securing a direct debit payment of the rent and utilities deposits to the bank account of the lessor. Cash payments are therefore sanctioned.
***The lessor reserves the right to hold part of the security deposit in total of 5,000 CZK until the client provides a proof of permanent address/company registration cancelation from the address of the sublease. If the client fails to provide such a proof within 30 days of contract termination, the held amount automatically forfeits in the favour of the lessor.
****This fine will be applied to the client in case the payment of the rent/refundable deposit will be sent to the bank account that is not determined for such payments (the bank account details differ based on the nature of the transaction) the client is always advised of such. This fine will be also applied if the client doesn’t use the correct variable symbol or if the client doesn’t use the variable symbol at all (for international payments this means enclosing variable symbol in the note of the transaction) etc.
*****In the event that the client pays any payment such as security deposit surcharge or energy deposit arrears in more instalments (maximum 3), the client will be charged a contractual penalty for providing a payment plan in the amount of 1,000 CZK.
****** If the client fails to provide access to the apartment to the company or its representative (e.g. inspection, maintenance, viewing), a contractual fine of CZK 2,000 will be charged for a single breach, up to CZK 5,000 for repeated breaches.
In addition to the above stated price list the company reserves the right to charge expenses to the client billed by third parties and institutions for providing requested service, including postal charges based on the pricelist of Česká pošta (Czech post).
