If any imperfections were found upon handover of the apartment, you will be charged a 50% additional fee for the rok done for the use of express services.

Why use our services?
In case of discovering defects in the works carried out at the handover of the apartment, you will not be charged any penalties. Any eventual defects will be processed directly with the responsible technician.
